Jeff Coughlin

Jeff Coughlin is running for Mayor of Bremerton to bring progressive, community-rooted leadership to the city. A former City Council President, PhD NASA scientist and director, certified project manager, and director of the local history museum, he’s led efforts to expand housing, improve public safety, and reform local government. If elected, Jeff would be Bremerton’s first openly LGBTQIA+ mayor — driven by public service, equity, and a clear, forward-looking vision for the city’s future.
