Andrea Gordillo

Andrea Gordillo, a proud daughter of an immigrant family and long-time resident of Lower East Side, is a community organizer, cultural worker, and civic leader running for NYC Council District 2. As the Chairwoman of Manhattan Community Board 3, she has championed expansions of affordable housing and waterfront protection. Andrea has spearheaded popular education programs and sustainability initiatives, defending the cultural and community stewardship of Lower Manhattan.
