Caitlin Millat

Caitlin Millat is a mom, former elementary educator, and current education law professor who has spent her career advocating for public schools and their role in our democracy. She is running for the Phoenix Elementary School District Governing Board to continue that fight. On the board, Caitlin will fight to keep schools open and fully funded — even as ESA and voucher programs drain resources. She will prioritize equity, student success, and board transparency, with community input at every step.
