Christopher Wyche

Councilmember Wyche is dedicated to promoting sustainability and green initiatives in Columbus. As Chair of the Public Utilities & Sustainability committee, he focuses on energy, housing, and transportation solutions. With a background in nonprofits and public-private partnerships, he brings valuable experience to his role.
Before joining City Council, Wyche worked in various nonprofit roles, including at United Way and City Year Columbus. He also spent time at AT&T, leading initiatives to enhance tech training opportunities for underserved communities. As a Board Trustee for Central State University, he continues to support education and community development efforts.
Wyche earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Management from Ohio Wesleyan University. He resides in North Columbus with his wife and three children, actively participating in the Brookside Village Community Association. His commitment to building a sustainable future for his children and all residents drives his work on the council.
