Jennifer is a dedicated lawyer based in Nevada, holding degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno and Gonzaga University School of Law. With a strong focus on advocating for older adults and individuals with disabilities, she boasts over a decade of experience. Notably, she has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court and served as the Chief Elder and Disability Rights Attorney for the state at a young age. Mrs. Richards has played a key role in shaping legislation to enhance resident rights in long-term care facilities and establish Nevada's Vulnerable Adult Fatality Review Teams. In addition to her professional achievements, she is known for her efforts in promoting inclusivity, having authored a law mandating lactation rooms in Nevada courthouses. Outside of work, she actively engages with the community through volunteering and has received several accolades for her pro bono work. Mrs. Richards resides in Reno with her family, including her rescue dog and two young children.
