Elaine Walters

Elaine Walters is a lifelong resident of Essex County, Virginia. Her love of the beautiful natural resources inspired her to become a marine biologist. Elaine has traveled the world studying sea turtles. Her most recent work was in Cape Verde, Africa, where she established important connections between ecological solutions and local economies. Her experience in uplifting these communities, creating employment opportunities, and advancing education will help her advocate for the 68th district.
