Pernell Davis

Pernell Davis is running for District Clerk because he believes that justice does not begin in a courtroom; it begins with access – whether people can file a case, retrieve a record, understand a process, or trust that the system will treat them fairly. Pernell is the only candidate with experience managing large government agencies like the District Clerk's office. He leads more than 400 employees as Deputy Chief of Staff for County Commissioner Pct 2, and also served as Budget Director, overseeing a $90 million budget.
