Carl Bryan

Carl Bryan is a dedicated advocate for public education with a strong background in education policy, finance, and community leadership. A former KUSD School Board member (2009–2015), Carl has spent the past decade working as a policy and budget analyst at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, where he has fought for equitable school funding and student success. He serves on KUSD standing committees and is an active member of the Kenosha Education Justice Coalition, working to ensure transparency, equity, and strong community engagement in school governance. Additionally, Carl is currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership at Minnesota State University–Moorhead. Carl unquestionably brings the expertise and vision needed to tackle KUSD's financial challenges while prioritizing student achievement, fair teacher pay, and protecting vital programs like fine arts and special education. He is committed to making KUSD a district where every student, educator, and family can thrive.
