Alex Karjeker

Raised in the Clear Lake area and a product of Clear Creek ISD public schools, Alex is running for Texas State House District 129. A University of Texas graduate with a background in mathematics, Alex wants to bring the innovative culture and optimistic spirit of the NASA community to Austin. With experience in finance, in technology companies and in policy and government, Alex will fight for a public education system that gives everyone the same opportunities he received; infrastructure that prepares us for the next natural disaster; and a democratic process that holds officials accountable without looking down on compromises.
