Harry Freeman

Harry is honored to campaign on behalf of the people of Maryland’s District 31B, and to serve the best interest for all Marylanders. He is an extremely proud Father, a U.S. Army Veteran, Management Analyst on projects supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency, and a May graduate with his Master of Science in Intelligence Management. Motivated by his duty as a citizen and parent, Harry is eager to make his vision of a better, stronger Maryland a reality. Harry would be District 31B’s first Mexican-American to hold office as a Delegate–this truly will be a historic election. Together is Better!
