These are Mike's bedrock values that inform everything he does in life. Mike and his wife, Carmen, live in Ashtabula, Ohio with their two dogs, Caspian and Maisy.

A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Mike is a partner at the law firm Lemire & Hamper LLC and Solicitor for the Village of Jefferson, Ohio. Carmen operates her own, separate law practice out of their home.

Mike is running for Commissioner to make a difference in his community to ensure a better future for everyone. When communities work together toward a hopeful vision of the future, anything is possible.
