Vania Guevara

Vania Guevara is a first-generation Salvadoran American. She is running for District 5 of the Phoenix City Council where 50 languages are spoken daily. If elected, Vania would be the first woman to be in this seat.

District 5 is Vania’s home. This candidacy is meaningful because Vania personally knows the residents. For six years, she was an advisor for the District 5 council office where she worked directly with residents. She served to ensure that people were heard.

As a Councilmember, Vania will continue to empower all communities, and improve the quality of life for people in District 5.
