Michael Welker

Michael is running for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 36. A Cecil County native, Mike has worked in the community since he was 11. Earning the rank of Eagle Scout in 2010, and serving as both the President of the Cecil County Democrat Club and the Vice Chair of the Cecil County Democratic Central Committee, Mike knows what it takes to be a community leader and service organizer. Mike wants to give his rural community a voice in Annapolis, and fight for progressive values that will benefit the working class people in his district.
