Quentin Q"" Phipps

Quentin 'Q' Phipps is a lifelong resident of Middletown and proud to be running for State Representative in the 100th District. A product of Middletown public schools, Q led the Downtown Business District; he’s now City Treasurer and serves on the boards of Oddfellows Playhouse, United Way, and Racial Justice Coalition, among others. Recognized for his leadership and volunteerism by the state’s top publications, Q is ready to work hard toward equitable solutions for all.
