Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn is a proven problem-solver who has spent her career in operations and administration. A Wisconsin native and Minnesotan by choice, Carlie is the daughter of two educators from whom she learned the value of a strong public education. She and her husband chose to build their life and family in Eden Prairie after graduating from the University of St. Thomas. As a new mom through foster adoption, Carlie is steadfast in her belief that our community should be one in which every child is safe, every neighbor is welcomed, and every person is given a fair shake. Carlie is a community-centered leader whose values and vision will move Eden Prairie forward.
