Darcel Elliott

Darcel Elliott believes education is the key to a better future. As someone who grew up, went to college, and built her career in Santa Barbara County, she experienced the education system as both a student and education policymaker. Over the past decade she served the community in many capacities, as a community organizer, as District Director for the 37th Assembly District, and currently as Chief of Staff for Santa Barbara County First District Supervisor Das Williams. Having run many campaigns for women and people of color in SB County, Darcel is running to make sure SBCC engages its community.
