Liz Sheehan

Liz Sheehan is running to represent Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council District 5. As a faculty member of psychology at the University of Kentucky, she has dedicated her career to education in and out of the classroom. A firm believer in inclusion and belonging, Liz is a reliable advocate for social and racial justice. She is a Girl Scout Troop leader, serves on the Executive Board of the Environmental Commission, regularly volunteers at the Hope Center, and teaches yoga to all age groups. Liz is committed to addressing affordable housing and representing the voices of everyone in the 5th District.
