Laura Burke

Laura is an attorney and mother of three. As a parent, critical issues related to funding public education, fixing our health care system, and protecting our environment are at the forefront of her campaign. In addition to raising children, Laura spent the past two years representing victims of Domestic Abuse who could not afford attorneys for free. Many of her clients had full time jobs, but could not pay for housing and basic necessities without assistance. Laura saw how average people in her district were struggling and is running to make government more responsive to the needs of average citizens.
