Coda Rayo-Garza

Coda’s life and career experiences have prepared her for this race. She has worked in the municipal government, education nonprofit, and the advocacy space. Her career paths have allowed her to understand policymaking from multiple perspectives. She is a graduate of leadership programs such as the New Leaders Council and the Latina Leadership Institute. Her experience with the Truman National Security Project in 2018, sharpened her understanding of national security policy, and reignited her passion for sharing her progressive values and beliefs. She knows what it takes and she’s ready, now, more than ever.
