Liz Ponder

Liz is running for Carteret County Board of Commissioners to tackle the problems which have plagued the county for too long.

Liz is an attorney who advocates tirelessly for her clients; as Commissioner, she will bring the same tireless advocacy to represent county residents.

In her free time, Liz volunteers with the Carteret Long Term Recovery Alliance as Vice Chair and Chairman of the Housing Committee. She is also the Treasurer for the local middle school PTO.

Liz is a proven leader in the community, a mother to two beautiful children, and wife to a U.S. Army veteran.
